All actions taken on the part of the recipient are their own and James Casella holds no responsibility for those actions.
Privacy Policy
All personal information gathered from the client/user used to book a reading will never be shared with anyone. The information provided will be used to contact the client/user. James Casella and Tuned In & Transcendent does not share any personal information with anyone other than the client/user.
Code of Conduct
There will be no tolerance for derogatory comments, insults, threats, or discrimination of any kind. All parties are expected to interact in a respectful manner. Legal, and medical questions will not be answered. James Casella and Tuned In & Transcendent reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Refund Policy
Clients/users may request a full refund up until 24 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations after this will not receive a refund.
